Yummy avocado salsa recipe!

SERVES 7 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Halve, pit, and peel avocados.

    Chop avocados fine and in a bowl stir together with remaining ingredients.

    Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Best served at room temperature.

    May be made up to 4 hours early, covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated.

Had this in burritos with beef mince, mexican beans, jalepenos, lettuce and sour cream. Very, very tasty and so quick to make.

    This was an excellent and yummy salsa. I made a half recipe, very close to serving, didn't put the red onion in the ice water (it was sweet and nice), and we all commented it was good, because every flavour stood out seperately, but went so well together. I'll be making this again soon I'm sure.
