BBQ Ham Casserole

I created this recipe trying to use up pantry items. It has since been a favorite! Cheddar Cheese, sweet potatoes,ham and a creamy bbq sauce make a flavorful and quick dish!

SERVES 8 , 1 Casserole (change servings and units)

    Combine ham and sweet potatoe chunks in a bowl. Carefully mix together without mashing the sweet potatoes. Put Ham mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with Cheddar. In a small bowl combine BBQ sauce and cream. Pour sauce over casserole. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
