I made this up when I had half a pineapple can left after using some for my New Years ham.

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Place the slices of pineapple on a foil lined cookie sheet.

    Sprinkle with the brown sugar.

    Bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Outstanding for simplicity, taste and ease! I just did 2 rings for myself in my little toaster oven and they were delicious. Great recipe to adjust servings with ease and because these are two ingredients probably already in your pantry. Thanks looneytunesfan!
