I really enjoyed this quite healthy alternative to a beef burger. I used some breadcrumbs, but less then 1/4 cup. Next time I'll probably add some garlic, as I felt the patties could need a little bit of something extra. Rather than bake them I grilled them on my George Foreman grill, which worked great. Thanks for sharing Bergy!

I loved this burger! I used turkey because thats what I had, and didn't need to use the bread crumbs .. served it on a regular bun with lots of lettuce, tomatoes and mayo .. thanks!!

I love this burger. I made a little different because I had chicken patties (pre-made). I marinated the patties with the yogurt, ginger, curry, cumin and cayenne overnight. I served them with onion, jalepeno, tomato and cheese on a 12 grain bread. Definately will be making them again.
