Made this for a dinner this evening & poured a small serving of it in a suitable container for taste-testing before hand! Everyone at the table tonight enjoys gelatin desserts & sides, so this will be well received, I'm sure & I already know IT'S A VERY TASTY SALAD! Made it using Fuji apples which I particularly like! Thanks for a simple-to-make, tasty side dish! [Tagged, made & reviewed just for the 'HALIBUT!']
