This is a great frosting from "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World." It's great and pairs perfectly with #rz.190849 Maple Cupcakes. If you don't have soymilk powder, regular milk powder works too.

SERVES 12 , 12 cupcake toppings (change servings and units)

    Beat together the softened margarine and maple syrup. It might look a little curdly, but that's ok.

    Beat in the maple and vanilla extracts.
  3. 3
    Slowly add the soymilk powder.
  4. 4
    The frosting should be creamy and fluffy. If it looks too wet, add more soymilk powder. If it looks too dry, add more maple syrup.
