Crock Pot Curry

From an old Rival cookbook. This can also be made with lamb.

SERVES 6 -8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Mix flour and curry powder. Coat meat cubes with flour mixture and place in crock pot.
  2. 2
    Add garlic, raisins, sliced apples, onion, salt and pepper. Pour in broth and stir to blend.

    Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, until meat is tender.
  4. 4
    Before serving, stir in additional curry powder (to taste) and chopped apples. Serve over hot rice.
