a delicious family meal and my husbands favourite. you don't have to add any meat or veggies if you don't want to, but it's really good with them, too!

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

    set oven at 350* F.

    spray oven dish with non stick spray.

    mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

    then pour into baking dish and cover with foil.

    bake covered 90 minutes.

    take out of oven and stir, sit for about 5 mins.

    serve.
