Fava Bean Soup

I got the idea of this soup from a gorgeous stew in Saveur, but I wanted something smoother and quicker so I adapted it to use hulled fava beans a pressure cooker.

SERVES 2 (change servings and units)

    saute onions.

    add everything (except lemon) to a pressure cooker.

    cook 30 minutes.

    adjust water to taste.

    add 1/2 lemon (juiced).
