I have been cooking for probably 10+ years seriously cooking for about 5 years (though not professionally) I have been veg. for about 2+ years. I could probably cook just about anything and tend not too use recipes too much mostly just as a base to learn something new or improve upon a recipe. People rave about my Chocolate Soufflé, some have said it is better than what they have had in those fancy 5 star restaurants but most of those places are so pretentious...
The most important thing for me is cooking for my friends and family and if I could make money doing that (just enough to pay rent/bills and have a little extra for small things) I would do it in a heartbeat. My heart tells me I should cook and that is what I am going to listen too
I love Asian food, and would love to take a veg/vegan food tour of all of Asia.
My most requested dish would be my Thai inspired peanut noodles and next probably one of my many fried rice variations.
I also really love a lot of central and south american food, chile peppers are a love of mine and they know how to handle them.
I would say my favorite vegetables/fungi would be in no order:
Mushrooms, Eggplant, Broccoli, Peas (green if you please) and Onions.
Really I will eat just about anything (well except for meat/fish products)
