I'm a stay-at-home mom in Utah with 3 teenage boys. I love to read just about anything and couldn't give you a favorite cookbook. Haven't found it yet. I enjoy cooking for my family and others.

Favorite Foods:

Favorite food is hard to pick but probably a perfectly cooked filet mignon with blue cheese on it. My favorite to make is anything that I know will be appreciated by others. Surprisingly most people like the most ordinary of casseroles these days. But I grew up being 'experimented upon' by my mom so my children get some of that now.
