about me

I started off cooking when I was 13 years old. I have always had a passion for cooking and especially for seeing my friends and family enjoy what I cook. I have a 5 year old son, his name is Anthony. I am definitley excited to get him into cooking when he is older. Right now I just enjoy seeing him taste my new creations!

I have been on a culinary exploration through Central America and I must admit it is some of the tastiest food I have ever had the pleasure of cooking. From using banana leaves to wrap meat and tamales, to making salsas that all are unique from one basic recipe this style of eating is definitely a palatte satisfier for anyone who enjoy's latin food.
