about me

I grew up in a blended family, becoming "italian by marriage" with my stepmom's side. baking will always be my first love, since i tend to be a perfectionist, but i have definitely stepped up my game since going to college and now living on my own. i am totally capable of making a fantastic meal a couple times week, so i just need to motivate myself!

i'm in the middle of a pretty major life change...i have been an accountant for the past 2 1/2 years, and recently got laid off, so i am headed to cosmetology school to achieve my dream of someday opening up my own salon. i hope i'll still have time to enjoy all the great recipes on this site, and maybe eventually add in my own

Favorite Foods:

i love just about anything...except for brussel sprouts and peas. i think my absolute favorite is mexican, followed closely by italian, greek/mediterranean, chinese/japanese and polish/german.
