RECIPE: Booger's Bangin' Oatmeal Cake
I reduced the sugar to 1 1/3 cups and added some ginger, cinnamon, and nutmeg. It has great moist texture and it's beautiful too! I skipped the topping, due to a dislike of coconut, and used a simple buttercream frosting instead.
