I would give this more stars if I could! I always make this as a dipping sauce for fried shrimp and it is phenomenal! Though it's not EXACTLY like Fridays, DH and I think we might actually like this one better!!

RECIPE: Fabulous Carrot Cake!
Delicious and moist, easy to make. This was my first cake attempt, I learned a lot about the importance of greasing the pan and allowing it to cool before taking it out of the pan
I made a few substitutions- 2/3 of a cup of applesauce and 1/3...
