I am planning on making for a friend. I am going to make it, cool it, and then put it in a container for her to eat whenever she would like. My only concern is that the noodles will get soggy. Does anyone have any suggestions to prevent this form happening?

RECIPE: Cuban Ropa Vieja - Crock Pot (Oamc)
Easy and delicious. This goes together quickly and the meat became very tender and was actually quite fun to shred. The flavor was very good - not quite the Cuban flavor that I have had when prepared by Cuban friends - more like a pepper steak...
